kya went to vbs again at southeast christian last week. she LOVES going to it and has a blast learning about jesus!

Happy 5th Birthday Kya Payton!

i cannot believe you are 5 years old today! it is amazing to me how quick time goes by! i could have never dreamed of what an amazing girl you have become! kya we love you so much and are so proud of who you are! you are such a special little girl with such a special heart! i have learned sooo much from being your mommy by seeing you and your love for others! you started kindergarten this week and you LOVE it! you are sooo smart and have such great outgoing personality! it is so fun to see you shine!

this guy is amazing! i wish i could put into words exactly how i feel and what i think about this man...he is my dream come true! he is selfless, loving, kind, gentle, funny,wise, gracious, humility, respectful, partner, best friend...and so much more!

he is the best dad my girls could have EVER dreamed of. he loves them DEEPLY, he prays for them, he plays with them, he is the best example of a good person i could ever think of! he loves their mommy and makes her feel like the most important person! he is my EVERYTHING!

thank you babe for all you are and all you work to be! i am in constant amazement of you!

summer fun

we have been having a BLAST this summer. the girls are at such fun ages where we can do more and not have such a schedule on naps, bedtimes etc :) here are some fun pictures from the last couple weeks!

dance recital!

kya's big dance recital was this last week! she has been talking about this day for months! she has been so excited to get on the big stage and preform.

here she is all ready to head backstage !

kya's class was a combination of ballet and tap. she had 2 dance numbers the first was tap and the second was a ballet type dance.

i loved all the costumes!

this was the number kya was most excited for she got to shake her hips and do some more dance moves...and boy oh boy did she nail it! she was amazing and so fun to watch!

we have go a little performer on our hands...mark whispered to me during the performance i better start picking up some more shifts...i have a feeling we are going to have a future in dance with this little girl!
kya's best friend kendall also took lessons at the same studio. even though they were not in the same class it was so fun that they could preform together on recital night

maci was sooo excited to come watch kya dance and soon asked how soon before she got to have kya's dance costumes..she gets all of kya's hand me downs :)

i LOVE summertime! i love hanging out in the back yard, evening walks to the park, going to the pool, watching the girls run through the sprinklers, picnics, flowers..

i had a great time watching these crazy girls enjoy the sprinkler! i love the pure joy on their faces!
